The formation is lvl 3 so 1.5% parry. And i'm mainly focusing on lvling armor and swords for Phill, Arth, and Atti, and focusing on books for my main. I give left over armor from my three tanks to my two mages. Any thoughts, questions, tweaks are encouraged.
